To marvel, to wonder: a powerful state of mind. Wonder sets in when you experience something unexpected – and crystal by Swarovski has inspired great fascination among people from the start. In 1995, Swarovski gave crystal fans all over the world a special gift to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the company’s founding: Swarovski Crystal Worlds opened its gates. Swarovski asked multimedia artist André Heller to develop an experiential concept. Heller’s thematic centerpiece for Swarovski Crystal Worlds was the shape of the Giant. Thinking along these lines, Heller developed the story of the Giant who set out to experience the world and all of its treasures and wonders. With the knowledge he acquired on his journeys, the Giant settled down in Wattens/Tyrol, where he has watched over his Chambers of Wonder ever since.
