The sparkling Crystal Wall, measuring 42 meters in length and eleven meters in height, is filled with twelve tons of Swarovski crystals. It is unique in its own way, and as visitors make their way through the Chambers of Wonder, they encounter it repeatedly. From an architectural standpoint, it is a load-bearing wall, the spinal column of the Giant, so to speak. A casket filled with crystal weighs between 200 and 300 kilograms. A tip: go right up to the wall and examine the individual crystals more closely. You will see that each individual crystal is perfectly cut, as the wall consists of several million small jewelry stones, which are otherwise used to design Swarovski products.
